  • 1 bunch basil organic preferred
  • 1/4 cup cilantro organic preferred
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup RI Organic Omega-3 Caesar Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
  1. rinse basil and cilantro
  2. peel garlic cloves and place in food processor with pine nuts; pulse until paste forms
  3. add basil and cilantro to garlic and pine nuts in food processor; pulse until incorporated
  4. add RI Organic Omega-3 Caesar Dressing to food processor
  5. add grated Parmesan cheese to food processor
  6. add additional RI Organic Omega-3 Caesar Dressing to adjust consistancy
Recipe Notes

Zesto Pesto can be used as sauce over choice of chicken, seared scallops or shrimp and linguine.    Cilantro adds a little bit of a zing.
