  • 1/2 cup Rhode Island Organics® Ginger Plum Marinade

  • 1/2 cup Rhode Island Organics® Ginger Plum Marinade
Salmon Fillet Sauteed in RI Organics® Ginger Plum Marinade
Instructions
  1. marinade salmon fillet in Ginger Plum Marinade for about 15 minutes
  2. place salmon fillet and marinade into sauce pan
  3. simmer salmon fillet in marinade for about 7-8 minutes (do not over cook)
  4. remove salmon fillet leaving marinade in pan
  5. reduce marinade/sauce until desired consistency - about 2-3 minutes
  6. plate salmon and drizzle reduced sauce over salmon
  7. serve with rice and asparagus - or any side that you prefer
  8. Enjoy a very tasty, healthy meal!
