  • 1 lb salmon fillet wild or organic farm-raised
  • 6 oz Rhode Island Organics™ Omega-3 Ginger Plum Dressing/Marinade

Salmon fillet sauteed in Ginger Plum Marinade
Instructions
  1. marinade salmon fillet in Rhode Island Organics® Omega-3 Ginger Plum Dressing/Marinade for about 15 minutes
  2. place salmon fillet and marinade into sauce pan
  3. heat sauce pan
  4. simmer salmon fillet in marinade for about 7-8 minutes (do not over cook)
  5. remove salmon fillet leaving marinade in pan
  6. reduce marinade/sauce until desired consistency - about 2-3 minutes
  7. plate salmon and drizzle reduce sauce
  8. serve with rice and asparagus - or any side that you prefer
