  • 1 Package Rotini or similar spiral pasta (I like the tri-color)
  • 1/2 Pint Fresh cherry, plum or pear tomatoes
  • 2 Dozen Medium or large pitted black olives
  • 1/2 Medium red onion
  • 1 Broccoli crown
  • 1/2 Cup Rhode Island Organic Balsamic Omega-3 Vinaigrette

  • 1 Package Rotini or similar spiral pasta (I like the tri-color)

  • 1 Broccoli crown

Pasta Salad with Organic Omega-3 Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. cook pasta according to directions on package
  2. slice tomatoes in half
  3. slice olives in half
  4. dice red onion
  5. cut broccoli crown into bit-size pieces
  6. drain pasta
  7. place into bowl and let cool
  8. when cooled, add other ingredients
  9. top with RI Organic Omega-3 Balsamic Vinaigrette
  10. toss and ENJOY!
Recipe Notes
  • All of these ingredients may be increased or decreased according to your personal preference.
  • Flavors are enhanced when salad is able to sit in refrigerator for several hours - can be made the day before.
