  • 1 lb spot, peeled and de-veined use a shrimp size of 21 to 25 per lb.
  • 1/4 cup RI Omega-3 Honey Mustard

  • 1 lb spot, peeled and de-veined use a shrimp size of 21 to 25 per lb.
  • 1/4 cup RI Omega-3 Honey Mustard
Grilled Shrimp with RI Omega-3 Honey Mustard
Instructions
  1. fire up your grill (gas or charcoal)
  2. rinse shrimp; remove most of shell - leave just the tail piece (or if preferred, remove all of the shell)
  3. arrange shrimp on skewers
  4. brush both sides with RI Omega-3 Honey Mustard
  5. place on grill
  6. turn over after 1 1/2 minutes
  7. cook another 1 1/2 minutes until shrimp turns firm and pink - DO NOT overcook!
