- 1 lb spot, peeled and de-veined use a shrimp size of 21 to 25 per lb.
- 1/4 cup RI Organics® Omega-3 Honey Mustard

Instructions
- fire up your grill (gas or charcoal)
- rinse shrimp; remove most of shell - leave just the tail piece (or if preferred, remove all of the shell)
- arrange shrimp on skewers
- brush both sides with RI Organics® Honey Mustard
- place on grill
- turn over after 1 1/2 minutes
- cook another 1 1/2 minutes until shrimp turns firm and pink - DO NOT overcook!
