Grilled Salmon with Organic Omega-3 Ginger Plum
Instructions
  1. leave skin on the salmon fillet; pull out any pinbones that may be in fillet place salmon in dish and pour 1/4 cup Rhode Island Organics™ Ginger Plum Dressing/Marinade over fillet
  2. let salmon marinade for 15 minutes in refrigerator; turning salmon over a few times place asparagus in a plastic bag
  3. add 1/4 cup Rhode Island Organics™ Ginger Plum Dressing/Marinade; shake and put in refrigerator
  4. while salmon is marinating fire up grill
  5. place salmon on grill skin side down and pour remaining marinade over salmon
  6. arrange asparagus on grill
  7. close lid
  8. turn asparagus every 2-3 minutes and remove when soft - about 4-5 minutes, if that long
  9. cook salmon for another 3-4 minutes (total of 8-10 minutes);
  10. test salmon by using a fork to see if the fillet separates easily - salmon should still be red in middle - do not overcook!
