  • 6 Leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion - medium - diced
  • 1 red pepper - chopped
  • 1/4 lb cheddar cheese (or cheese of preference) - cubed
  • 1/4 cup croutons (any flavor)
  • 1/4 cup Rhode Island Organics™ Omega-3 Caesar Dressing

Instructions
  1. cook chicken breasts or salmon -- any preferred method (grilling, frying, poaching, baking)
  2. while chicken or salmon is cooking break up lettuce and spread on plate
  3. add red onions, peppers, cheese and croutons - amount to your preference
  4. slice chicken or salmon and place on top
  5. finish with a topping of Rhode Island Organics™ Omega-3 Caesar Dressing
  6. savor and enjoy!
